Strategy just reported a $19.53B Q3 net income, and the headline looks spectacular. Look closer, and the story changes. Almost all of it is paper profit: a $20.91B gain on its Bitcoin holdings. Strategy now holds 848,517 $BTC, bought at an average $75,446, worth about $68.9B at $81,200 on Oct 23. That leaves only a thin cushion above cost, and software revenue actually fell 3% to $125.4M. The more important signal is what Strategy did NOT do. It bought no Bitcoin in the week to Oct 25. Instead it spent capital repurchasing $2.04B of its STRC preferred shares and moved those preferreds to daily dividends, defending its funding machine rather than adding to the stack. My view: this is not a new buying wave. It is the largest corporate Bitcoin holder shifting from accumulation to balance-sheet defense while Bitcoin trades close to its cost basis. If $BTC slips below $75,446, that $19.5B profit story reverses fast. Bullish on the long-term treasury thesis, cautious on the near-term setup. What do you think, is Strategy defending or just reloading? 🐂/🐻 📌 Sharing personal opinions only, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy/sell. Strategy reports Q3 today after the bell, and the headline number could be a monster: around $20.9B in bitcoin gains. Don't get too excited🤷😕That figure was marked at $83.5K BTC on Sept 30. We're at $80.3K now, so some of it has already been given back. Zoom out and the cushion is thin. They hold 848,517 BTC at an average cost of about $75.4K, roughly $64B in total. That's about $4B in paper profit, or around 6%. So the Q3 report will look great, but Q4 is already off to a rough start. Even Saylor sat out this week. He didn't buy any BTC and spent $204.9M buying back STRC preferred stock instead. The call is at 5pm ET. What I want to hear: why he paused buying, and how he plans to keep paying those preferred dividends if BTC keeps sliding. Coinbase reports after the bell today too. Big day for crypto 🔥#BTC #strategy

Golden Pig’s take: Strategy reported $19.5 billion in paper profits for Q3, but almost all of that came from Bitcoin’s price gains, not its core business. The just-released Q3 earnings report: net income of about $19.53 billion, diluted earnings per share of $44.75, and digital asset gains of about $20.91 billion. Total revenue was only about $125.4 million, down 3% year over year. It holds about 848,517 BTC, at an average price of about $75,446. It has bought about $14.33 billion worth of Bitcoin year to date, but also sold about $431.8 million worth to pay preferred stock dividends and repurchase STRC. Also, CFO Andrew Kang will step down on November 5. Saylor said, “We are at the beginning of the next Bitcoin bull market”—that’s his view, not my conclusion. STRC returns to $99.95 after 165 days! Is Strategy’s Bitcoin financing machine about to restart? A key price has finally returned! On October 29, Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock STRC briefly rose to $99.95, reaching this level for the first time in 165 days and coming within just five cents of its $100 par value. The news came ahead of the company’s third-quarter earnings call. Many people may be wondering: Why is the crypto world paying attention to a preferred stock trading at $99.95? Because STRC is closely tied to Strategy’s Bitcoin financing strategy. Simply put: 📌 What is STRC? It is a perpetual preferred stock issued by Strategy. One of its features is that it pays dividends to holders. 📌 Why does $100 matter? $100 is its par value. The closer the price gets to par, the more it generally suggests that market acceptance of this type of security is recovering. 📌 What impact could it have on Bitcoin? If STRC can remain stable near par, Strategy may have more room in the future to raise funds by issuing preferred stock and then use the proceeds to buy Bitcoin. It’s worth noting that Strategy previously supported STRC’s price through measures such as buybacks. In its third-quarter earnings report, it disclosed that it had repurchased about $2.04 billion worth of STRC. The company also announced that, starting November 1, STRC dividends would accrue daily. But this doesn’t mean STRC has fully recovered, nor does it mean Strategy will necessarily make large-scale Bitcoin purchases right away. Preferred stock still carries market-price risk, dividend-payment risk, and issuer credit risk. Do you think STRC’s return to around $100 could signal Strategy’s next round of Bitcoin accumulation? #strategy #BTC #strategy旗下strc165天来首次升至99.95美元

Guys, after reading Strategy’s third-quarter report, I’m left with one feeling: the numbers are frighteningly big, but their substance is questionable. The third-quarter report released on October 29 showed operating profit of $20.91 billion, a record high, and net income of $19.53 billion. But almost all of that $20.91 billion came from unrealized gains on Bitcoin. Software sales earned just $125.4 million over the same period, down 3% year over year. One figure is $20.9 billion, the other $125 million—that’s a 167-fold difference. It’s like the market price of a pair of collectible sneakers you own doubling. You’ve made a profit on paper, but you haven’t sold the shoes, so you still have the same amount of cash in your pocket. What I’m wrestling with is this: the founder says a new Bitcoin bull market is only just beginning, and the company holds 848,517 BTC at an average cost of about $75,446. At $81,200 on October 23, that stake was worth $68.9 billion, which sounds impressive. But on the other hand, the amount of Bitcoin represented by each share actually fell 3.7% this year because new shares diluted existing shareholders. In the third quarter, the stock rose 76% while Bitcoin gained 43%—the stock outpaced the coin. Today, Bitcoin is back around $77,000, so those paper profits will only get thinner. Have you ever had a big profit on paper that you never ended up locking in? Did you sell early, or wait until the profit shrank away again? The above is solely my personal opinion and does not constitute investment advice. $BTC #比特币 #Strategy

Strategy's Q3 results: It 'earned' $21 billion, yet bitcoin per share went negativeThe bottom line: the headline figures in this earnings report are staggering, but the footnotes are what really matter. Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy, $MSTR) released its third-quarter results after market close on October 29: operating income of $20.91 billion, its largest-ever quarterly result; net income of $19.53 billion; and diluted EPS of $44.75. Revenue from its core software business was $125.4 million, down 3% year over year. A few more informative figures (as of October 25, from the company's official press release):

Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has just posted the biggest quarterly profit in its history: $19.53 billion in Q3 2026. Yet on 30/10, $BTC moved back toward $77,000 on Binance, just ~2% above its average cost basis of $75,446. 1/ The record came from a revaluation. According to the 29/10 press release, the $20.91 billion in operating income corresponds exactly to the gain on Bitcoin. Excluding BTC, the business lost about $2.6 million (Unchained calculation). 2/ Purchases have slowed sharply. 7,218 BTC bought in Q3 versus 85,296 in Q2, and 5,552 BTC sold to fund $239.9 million in preferred dividends and $108.6 million in STRC buybacks (Unchained). BTC Yield is -3.7% since January. 3/ CFO Andrew Kang is leaving on 5/11; CEO Phong Le will serve as interim CFO. 4/ The cushion is shrinking. The 848,517 BTC were valued at $68.90 billion at the 23/10 price ($81,200), representing about $4.9 billion in unrealized gains. At $77,000, about $1.3 billion remains. The last time the price fell below $75,446 was 16/09 (a low of $75,065 on Binance). My take, not a fact: the market no longer pays a premium for the word “record.” What matters is the ability to buy without selling BTC. Phong Le says this will happen mainly through preferred stock (“digital credit”). A real advantage: a $5.07 billion cash reserve (~3.4 years of dividends and interest, according to the company) and STRC closed at $99.99 on Thursday, almost at par. If BTC holds above the day's low of $76,500 and STRC stays at par, Strategy can resume issuing shares and become a net buyer again. If $75,446 breaks, the holdings will move into unrealized losses, and the “Strategy is selling its BTC” narrative could return, cash reserve or not. A Bitcoin treasury selling 5,552 BTC to pay its dividends—is that a warning sign or normal management in your view? #Strategy #Bitcoin

STRC returns to $99.95 after 165 days. What signal is Strategy’s preferred stock sending? STRC, the preferred stock issued by #strategy , has finally seen a rebound worth watching. After 165 days, STRC’s price has risen to $99.95 for the first time, just shy of its $100 par value. Why does this matter? STRC is a perpetual preferred stock launched by Strategy, aimed primarily at investors seeking relatively stable cash distributions. Its price performance not only reflects demand for this type of financial product, but can also offer some insight into investors’ confidence in Strategy’s financing capabilities and credit standing. For Strategy, the recovery in STRC’s price could improve market perceptions of its financing instruments and refocus attention on its strategy of raising capital through preferred stock to continue building its Bitcoin holdings. However, a price near par does not mean there is no risk, and preferred stock distributions are not the same as bank deposit interest. What matters is not the $99.95 figure itself, but whether market sentiment toward Strategy’s financing model is changing. Do you think this rebound in STRC is a short-term recovery, or has market confidence returned? #strategy旗下strc165天来首次升至99.95美元

Strategy: how to read its $20,910 million in profit Strategy (MSTR) released its results on October 29 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Operating profit was around $20,910 million and included digital asset gains of a similar amount. Revenue was $125.4 million, compared with $128.7 million a year earlier. These are different figures: accounting profit is not the same as sales or cash collected. The company reported holding 848,517 BTC as of October 25. That figure is dated after the end of the quarter. BTC exposure, debt and access to financing remain significant risks. Current context, separate from the report: BTC was trading at 78,107.01 USDT on Binance at 08:13 UTC on October 30, down 2.44% over 24 hours. Market perspective: when assessing MSTR, it is important to distinguish between revenue, asset valuation and liquidity. A high quarterly profit does not guarantee cash availability or predict the price of BTC; nor does it prove that the current price movement is a response to the report. 🎯 After the hack, Strategy’s quarterly report got even wilder 📰 Strategy netted $19.5 billion in Q3, with $20.9 billion in unrealized gains on its BTC holdings alone. It holds 848,517 coins and has switched its preferred stock to paying dividends daily. 💬 Others got robbed of $5.7 billion; this company stockpiled coins and turned them into profits. Put simply, it’s turned itself into a leveraged BTC play. Pretty slick, but the interest has to be paid every day. 🏷️ #Strategy #MSTR #BTC囤币 #TreasuryCompany

Strategy's third-quarter net profit surged to $19.53 billion, up from just $2.79 billion in the same period last year, while its software business actually declined. All that massive profit came from revaluing its Bitcoin holdings, which total 848,517 BTC. But here's the interesting part: its Bitcoin-per-share metric is still down 3.7% year to date. With $BTC at around $79,000 and $BNB at around $704, no matter how much profit shows up on paper, that's a different matter from what shareholders actually get. #Strategy

A counterintuitive question: The company netted $19.5 billion in Q3, yet its stock fell 2.4% after hours. Does that make sense? Strategy’s Q3 earnings: net income of $19.53 billion and earnings per share of $44.75, but revenue was only $125 million, down 3% year over year. Unrealized gains of $20.9 billion on its 848,517 BTC holdings accounted for all its profits. Put simply, a year’s worth of software sales isn’t even enough to make a dent, yet the stock moves with Bitcoin’s price. A: Those were unrealized gains, so the drop was completely justified. B: As long as Bitcoin doesn’t crash, this money-printing machine won’t stop. Which side are you on? $BTC $ETH $SOL #Strategy #财报 #Bitcoin

The biggest profit in Strategy’s history — but its bitcoin per share actually shrank. Facts: Strategy reported its Q3 2026 results on Oct. 29 (official press release): operating income of $20.91 billion and net income of $19.53 billion, or $44.75 per share — almost entirely from a $20.91 billion bitcoin revaluation gain. As of Oct. 25, the company held 848,517 BTC at an average cost of $75,446. MSTR shares themselves fell 2.44% to $141.62 at the close on Oct. 29. My take: The profit figures are stunning, but this isn’t a straightforward growth story. BTC Yield for 2026 came in at −3.7%: the number of coins is up 26% since the start of the year, but the share count grew faster, and the company sold about $431.8 million worth of BTC this year to fund dividends and a $2.04 billion STRC buyback. With BTC now around $79,187 (MEXC, 04:00 WIB close), the cushion above its average cost is only about 5% — much thinner than the $81,200 figure for Oct. 23 used in this report. What I’m watching: whether Strategy buys BTC again next week, whether this cushion holds if BTC tests $78,000 (today’s expiry max pain), and whether the market continues to value this treasury model when prices fall. What do you think: is this massive revaluation profit proof that the model works, or a reminder of how fragile it is when prices reverse? This is my analysis, not financial advice — always DYOR. #Strategy #TreasuryBitcoin $BTC
