$XRP still stuck in the same box honestly

dumped to 1.286 this morning, bounced with the rest of the market after the US data and now sitting around 1.30 again. problem is 1.316 is right there with both 4H EMAs on top of it, every push this week died around that zone

for me nothing changes till a 4H close above 1.316. that opens 1.344 which was the top of the whole range since Oct 21

if it slips back under 1.284 tho I'm looking at 1.256, that's where buyers showed up twice already 👀

I don't think Ripple's new national trust charter gets it onto the Fed's rails yet. The company behind $XRP got final OCC approval for its trust bank on 26 October, and a trust charter buys fiduciary custody and gets an adviser past the qualified-custodian test... settlement through the Fed is a separate door, and the Fed has that one on hold.

The Fed proposed a limited "payment account" on 20 May that only clears and settles payments, with no intraday credit, no discount window and a hard cap on balances, and Waller has said it could be final before the end of 2026. In the meantime Reserve Banks were told to pause decisions on Tier 3 access requests, which is where most crypto firms get placed, and staff expect the pause to last until 31 December.

So a newly chartered digital-asset bank still banks through a correspondent for now. I'm watching whether the framework goes final by year-end, because I think that's what decides whether this run of charters moves any settlement onto the Fed's own rails.
