The move from $1.0346 to $1.0390 in 42 days works out to roughly 3.8% a year, which is the fund's yield building into the share price.
The wallet and Franklin's issuing account use the same eight signing keys, and any two can approve a transaction. The token's settings let Franklin lock balances and claw tokens back, and holding it needs Franklin's approval.
