$XRP just pushed out of its $1.30 base — and the timing is doing most of the talking.
I've been tracking that base all day. The 19:00 candle closed at $1.3210 after tagging $1.3292, on 16.0 million volume against a 12.2 million average. The earlier closes read $1.3092, $1.3000, $1.3026 and $1.3029 on the 03:00, 07:00, 11:00 and 15:00 candles, sitting on Monday's double low of $1.2733 and $1.2734.
The backdrop is real but easy to over-read: the OCC gave final approval on Monday for Ripple's national trust bank, but that bank will manage RLUSD reserves, not XRP, and it has no opening date yet. The charter is a sentiment tailwind, not a direct benefit to XRP holders.
Support is the $1.30 base; resistance is $1.33, tonight's high. A 4-hour close back under $1.30 breaks the breakout story and puts the $1.273 double low back in play; a close above $1.33 opens the path toward the $1.40 window high.
Levels to keep: $1.33 above, $1.30 below. Which one prints first?
