Do you trade because you saw an opportunity… or because you felt afraid of missing out?
One of the most costly mistakes in trading isn’t entering late. It’s entering because others are already winning, and you feel like you can’t just watch.

That impulse has a name: FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). When it shows up, discipline usually disappears. The trader stops following their plan and starts chasing the price, increasing the odds of buying near a high or selling near a low.

Markets will always offer new opportunities. What doesn’t always come back is the capital you lost due to an impulsive decision.

A good practice is to ask yourself before opening a trade: "Would I have made the same decision if nobody were talking about this asset?" If the answer is no, then maybe you’re not following your strategy—you’re following the market’s emotions.

We review real trades to identify when your decisions come from analysis and when they’re being influenced by fear, euphoria, or the pressure of the moment. Learning to recognize that difference can completely change the way you trade.

Analyzing tokens like $ANOME I realized something key:

💥 Not everything that rises… is an opportunity

## ⏱️ 🔍 TIMEFRAMES (REAL KEY)

👉 In 1 minute I saw an increase 📈
👉 But in 5 minutes it was still bearish 📉

💥 Learning:
The 1m deceives… the 5m rules

## 📉 📈 EMAs (THE MOST IMPORTANT)

👉 In 5m:

❌ EMA 99 above = resistance
❌ Price below = weakness

👉 In 1m:

✔ It seemed bullish

💥 But it was just a bounce

## 🚨 TRAPS I DETECTED

✔ Breakouts without volume
✔ Green candles without continuity
✔ Rejection at EMA 99
✔ Red candle that erases momentum

💥 All of that = DO NOT enter

## 📊 VOLUME (MY NEW GUIDE)

👉 Today I confirmed:

👉 It broke EMA 99 (breakout = breakout)
👉 But immediate rejection appeared

💥 Result:
✔ I exited quickly at -0.19 %

## ⚠️ CASE 2: $ANOME

👉 It started strong
👉 But then:

❌ Big red candles
❌ EMAs blocking the price
❌ Downtrend (downtrend = downtrend)

💥 Result:
✔ I sold at -8% before it dropped further
