@CZ WARNS CRYPTO USERS: CRITICAL PHP VULNERABILITIES RAISE SECURITY CONCERNS Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has warned internet users to exercise extra caution when visiting websites following the disclosure of two critical PHP vulnerabilities. The flaws, identified as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, could allow attackers to execute malicious code remotely on vulnerable servers without authentication. The PHP security team released patches on October 21, 2026. Cybersecurity agencies are urging organizations to identify affected systems and apply the appropriate security updates immediately. What does this mean for crypto users? A vulnerable website could create security risks, but this does not mean every crypto exchange or wallet has been compromised. Protect yourself: - Verify website addresses before connecting your wallet. - Never share your seed phrase or private keys. - Avoid suspicious links and unexpected wallet requests. - Review transaction details before signing. - Use official platforms and keep your devices updated. My take: Crypto security is not just about protecting private keys. The websites and applications we interact with also matter. Staying cautious is essential, especially when security vulnerabilities become public. Always verify information before acting, and never assume a platform is affected without confirmation. #CryptoSecurity #Binance #CZ

CZ hit the nail on the head: 99% of ideas can work, but 98% of teams just talk nonsense. Stop showing off your PPTs and making grand promises—just show the code. The biggest way to lose money in crypto is to listen to stories instead of looking at what actually gets built. Teams that can get things done are worth their weight in gold. It may sound harsh, but it’s the truth. Skip the empty talk and show what you can really do. #Binance #CZ

CZ spoke out this morning: AI doesn’t need to crack Bitcoin to take you down Binance founder CZ posted on X this morning, saying: Everyone’s worried that AI will crack crypto, but the cryptography underpinning the internet and banking systems is actually more vulnerable. Then he took it a step further: Even if AI never manages to crack Bitcoin’s encryption, it can still do damage. Data breaches that have already happened are fueling a flood of phishing emails and social engineering attacks. The point being: You won’t lose your crypto because of the math—you’ll lose it by clicking that link in a text message. I think this is aimed at people who believe technology is invincible. Many assume that as long as their private key generator is rock-solid, they’re safe, forgetting that the biggest vulnerability is always sitting in front of the screen—saving password screenshots to their camera roll, leaving seed phrases in plain text in their notes, or panicking when they get a text from the “Exchange Risk Control Department.” Just yesterday, he warned about critical PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618/109619, score: 9.2) and urged people to be careful online. Today, he drove the point home: In the AI era, attacks don’t compete with you on algorithms—they compete on acting skills: cloned voices, fake customer support agents, and emails that look completely real. Attack costs have dropped tenfold, while your defenses are still stuck at “my password is really complicated.” Pick one: Are you more worried that a quantum computer will figure out your private key someday, or that AI will impersonate someone you know tomorrow and trick you into sending money? $BTC #CZ #AI security

CZ's latest roast really hit hard: he says the fear of AI hackers is pure nonsense, and crypto isn't nearly as broken as people make it out to be. But he nailed one thing: if you really want to bring down crypto, you don't need to crack Bitcoin's code. Using leaked data for social-engineering phishing is ridiculously effective. We should listen to him—don't just focus on patching firewalls; protecting your private keys and email matters more than anything. $BTC #AI #CZ

🚨 CZ warns: Sometimes, all it takes is a compromised website to put your data at risk! Imagine visiting a website you know and trust, while behind the scenes, a vulnerability lets an attacker take control of its server! That’s why Binance founder CZ warned about two serious vulnerabilities in PHP, the language used to run millions of websites. ⚠️ The vulnerabilities have a security rating of 9.2 out of 10 and could allow an attacker to run commands on unpatched servers without logging in. And what’s the biggest risk for crypto users? A compromised website could become a trap to steal your login details or trick you into connecting your wallet. 🛡️ How can you protect yourself? ✅ Avoid suspicious links, even if they look familiar. ✅ Don’t connect your wallet to untrusted websites. ✅ Never share your recovery phrase with any website. ✅ If you manage a website that uses PHP, install the security updates immediately. The good news is that security updates were released on October 21. 🛡️ CZ: No wallet is 100% secure—so is your “diversified portfolio” really diversified? On October 22, CZ posted a brief message on X: No crypto wallet is 100% secure. No software is bug-free. No technology is 100% secure. Taking action involves risk, and doing nothing involves risk too. Stay up to date, manage risk, and solve problems. In less than a day, the post received around 480,000 views, over 8,300 likes, and more than 1,000 replies. The discussion soon veered off to another topic: portfolio risk. Quite a few people used tools to analyze their portfolios, and the conclusions were sobering— 🔹 BTC, ETH, SOL, plus a few other public-chain tokens: it may look like you own five or six different assets, but their correlations are actually high 🔹 In stress tests, portfolios heavily weighted toward public-chain tokens often fall faster than portfolios holding only BTC 🔹 Sharing the same infrastructure and market sentiment means that owning more coins doesn’t necessarily spread out your risk There’s another angle, given what’s happened over the past couple of days: after news of a PHP vulnerability emerged, PancakeSwap proactively issued a statement saying its tech stack doesn’t use PHP and users’ funds are safe. CZ reposted it, saying most projects should at least issue a similar confirmation. My take: There are two kinds of risk: “a wallet or platform going down” and “your whole portfolio falling at once.” The first can be managed by spreading funds across wallets, revoking token approvals, and relying only on official announcements. The second requires genuinely different assets and position sizing—not just buying more coins that look alike. How many of the coins in your portfolio move in sync with BTC? Do you hold anything that doesn’t fall when it does? #CZ #钱包安全 #风险管理 #BinanceSquare

【Market Flash】No wallet is 100% safe—CZ shattered that illusion tonight. In a post at 20:25, he said that no technology can be completely risk-free; doing nothing carries risks too. All we can do is keep updating and managing risk. The backdrop is even more sobering: a critical PHP vulnerability, a hack of Railway, and the Fearless private-key leak—all coming to light one after another over nearly 20 months. The attacks bypassed the wallets themselves and targeted upstream supply chains. It’s hard to hear, but leaving your asset security to luck is the real danger. CZ suddenly speaks out: Don’t go clicking around websites over the next few days—the hackers are already exploiting the PHP vulnerability window ⚠️ First, three figures: CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, CVSS 9.2, unauthenticated remote code execution. Just opening a compromised page could be enough for your account passwords and API keys to be stolen. The patch wasn’t released until October 21, but the vulnerability details leaked beforehand and exploitation was confirmed afterward. During that window, websites around the world were exposed. SlowMist’s MistEye scanned the crypto sector: of 1,488 domains, 793 had a clear PHP fingerprint—more than half. Let’s break down why the crypto sector is at greater risk than the wider internet. PHP is the longstanding foundation for CMS platforms and merchant payment systems worldwide, and many exchanges’ fiat gateways and small payment processors run on it. When a vulnerability like this breaks, the first thing at risk isn’t on-chain coin prices—it’s users’ credentials on these sites. Credential stuffing and phishing, combined with unauthenticated RCE, can steal signing permissions, not market data. Coinbase and BitGo have checked their systems and found no issues, but not every company has scanned all its vendors. The Czech government even took its official website offline until patches were applied. The level of protection varies widely. Even the PHP Foundation itself admits that warning signs were spotted back in 2024, followed by two years of internal wrangling. Its own words: “structural failure.” Impact on the asset: For a large-cap asset like $BTC $ETH $BNB , on-chain funds can’t be moved, so an incident like this is more likely to cause market jitters. The real danger is for people who keep browsing around, claiming airdrops, and connecting wallets to small websites over the next few days—the thing you could lose isn’t the price, it’s the keys. The takeaway is simple: it takes at least a week for patches to catch up with a vulnerability. Three things to do over the next few days: don’t click unfamiliar links, don’t keep large amounts of funds in browser-extension wallets, and rotate your exchange API keys. Personal opinion, for reference only. #PHP安全预警 #CZ #币圈安全 #交易所 #BTC
