Bitcoin fell from $93K to $58K this year. Then bounced back to $64K in a week.
Most people are calling it a recovery. It’s actually a short squeeze — over $1B in leveraged shorts got liquidated, forcing buybacks. That’s not the same as real demand coming in.
Watch the Fed meeting on July 28-29. That’s the next real catalyst, not the candle you’re staring at.
📝 Trade Plan: Price rallied into resistance and is showing signs of exhaustion. Sell limit placed to catch a potential reversal back toward key support.
⚠️ Manage your risk — only risk what you’re comfortable losing. Not financial advice, trade at your own discretion.
Japan just passed new digital asset regulation. Barely anyone is talking about it yet.
This matters because Japan has one of the strictest crypto regulatory environments in the world. When a country like that opens the door wider instead of closing it, it usually signals where global policy is heading next — not the other way around.
Same day, spot Bitcoin ETFs turned positive again after their worst month on record in June, and Ethereum ETFs pulled in fresh inflows too. Institutional money didn’t just stop — it paused, and now it’s coming back in through a country famous for saying no to crypto first and thinking about it for years.
Regulation news doesn’t pump price today. But it quietly sets the stage for the next 6-12 months more than any single candle does.
Are you watching regulation news, or only price charts?
Gold dropped hard today, from $4,040 to under $3,980 in under 2 hours. I’m buying into this dip, betting the drop is rate-fear driven, not war-fear driven — with Iran tensions still escalating, I think gold catches back up soon.
Not a signal, just my own setup. Always manage your own risk.

Sounds bullish. Here’s the number that matters more: over $8 billion left Bitcoin ETFs since May. This week brought back $197 million. Then another $239 million combined (BTC + ETH) on July 14.
That’s roughly 5% of what left, coming back in.
Not nothing. But not a trend reversal either — just the bleeding slowing down.
BTC is back above $65K on the back of this plus cooler inflation data. Feels good in the short term. The real test is whether this turns into weeks of inflows, not days.
Recovery or dead cat bounce? I’m watching the next 2 weeks of flow data before I call it either way.
I don’t marry a direction. I don’t marry a coin. Bulls will tell you it’s going to $100K. Bears will tell you it’s going to $40K. Both are just guessing louder than you.
What I actually do: watch the levels, manage risk, take profit when it’s there. No ego attached to being right about the “next big move.”
Bull market or bear market, there’s always a setup somewhere if you’re patient enough to wait for it.
What’s your edge — are you a trend follower or a level trader?
Trump held a Situation Room meeting to plan a much bigger offensive against Iran, beyond the current strikes near the Strait of Hormuz.
He told Fox News the US will hit Iran hard for the next three days, then target power plants and bridges next week if Iran doesn’t return to the table.
US strikes have now hit Iran for four straight nights. Oil and gas prices are climbing as a result.
This kind of escalation usually pushes traders toward risk-off moves in crypto short-term, but also toward safe-haven and inflation-hedge assets like gold and BTC over the following days.
Watching these closely as this develops:
$BTC $XAUT $SOL — SOLUSDT: 77.12 (-0.29%)
How are you positioning around this — risk-off, or buying the fear?
Trade 1 (active): Sell Limit at 4113.40 — waiting for price to tag this zone before shorting.
Trade 2 (queued): Once Trade 1 plays out, I’m flipping to a Buy Limit at 3997.01, targeting 4084.98.
Why the flip? If gold sells off from 4113 down toward the 3997 zone, that’s a strong support area — I want to catch the bounce back up rather than fight it.
Gold’s been climbing on the M5 chart, currently sitting around $4,063. I’m watching for a pullback into the 4113 zone before taking the short — not chasing the current move.
Risk on this one is tight, reward is roughly 8x the risk if TP hits.
This is my personal setup, not a signal to copy. Always manage your own risk.
Curious what others are seeing on Gold right now — anyone else fading this move up?
Big number dropping at 6 PM today: US PPI (wholesale inflation).
Why this matters more than usual — PPI often moves BEFORE consumer inflation (CPI) does. It shows what producers are paying, which usually gets passed to consumers next.
What to watch: • Expected: prices flat to slightly down month-over-month • Core PPI (excluding food/energy): expected +0.4%, same as last month • Year-over-year: expected to cool slightly to ~6.2% from 6.5%
If the actual number comes in HIGHER than expected — that’s bad news for rate-cut hopes, and could hit BTC and risk assets fast. If it comes in LOWER, that supports the “inflation cooling” story.
Setting an alarm for 6 PM. Are you watching this one or ignoring it?
Look at this chart. This is not normal price action.
Price dropped fast on Iran war news. But look closer — the wicks are long and get bought back up fast. That’s not normal panic selling. That’s big money buying every dip within minutes.
Real panic looks different. Real panic keeps falling. This looks like accumulation hiding inside fear.
Zoom into your own chart right now. Do you see the same pattern, or am I reading this wrong?
