Personally, I don’t trade this kind of #altcoins because it’s not worth it; a person with capital looking to solidify it for the future can't expose themselves to the market for free with these kinds of coins that are literally a gamble.
There are no real technical indicators, no real reason for the price increase, leaving only an artificial and purely speculative price; thus, it’s a coin that sooner or later is going to drop a candlestick of this magnitude.
Next time you see a content creator on #squarecreator showing insane ROIs in these kinds of coins, ask yourself something: do they really always win all their trades like that? Is your money and time really worth getting into one of these coins of this style? I shorted with 1$ and you can bet that whether the result is negative or positive, I was going to show it in this post.
Just so you understand that this is a gamble, yesterday #Labs dropped to 5$ and today it’s back to 15$. The thing is, technically, the coin makes sense for its rise 🧠 but looking at it from a broader perspective, things change dramatically.
It's seen a practically parabolic rise since it hit a low of $20, reaching about $73 today, but why is it really climbing so much?
There are 3 factors that make it interesting.
1) Institutional interest 🏛
2) A useful, non-speculative project (it's used for paying gas fees, etc.) ⛽
3) Excellent volume; it’s not a low cap, plus it has an automatic buyback system making it clear that the buying pressure will dominate consistently ✅
Still, there are notable risks, and that's why I'm making this post ⚠
Is there #hype too much? Well, yes, notice how it rises in the short term, it’s climbing excellently, cleanly, orderly, and organically. But in the medium term, it's already screaming for a break; the chart has literally gone up nonstop, making it look like a $LAB at first glance.
Moreover, as is customary in this market, it’s common to see #FOMO constantly with coins like this. For instance, look at what happened with $ZEC ; when coins have such uncontrolled parabolic rises, it always culminates in an equally uncontrolled correction, practically rendering it untradeable for the retail trader 🐟
In short, does its rise make sense? YES, but trading it at these prices would be quite risky for the average retail trader, as I foresee that at any moment it will need a well-deserved break on the chart to continue rising much more if the project is indeed worth it.

But check out how #BTC was going in a clear descending channel and ended up breaking it once; that breakout was attributed to a false breakout, but as if that wasn’t enough, it turned out that after that false breakout, as expected, it reintroduced the price back into that short-term downtrend. The most curious part wasn’t that movement but what came next, and remember, I’m looking at the daily chart.
What came next triggered my alerts; it turns out it didn’t manage to consolidate the price at a true low, meaning it couldn’t hold the price below 72 - 73k 🤯. Believe it or not, that seemingly mild impulse could demonstrate true buying strength, serving as a real support to avoid that much-anticipated drop to 65k by most retail traders.
#BTC respected a buying impulse that's preventing it from free-falling, and to top it off, it’s about to break a key resistance; if it manages to consolidate here, we’ll be talking about a correction similar to nearly 2 months ago when it reached 75k and corrected to 65k, with the latter price being the real impulse to reach 82k.

Also, I remember we were looking at the levels where #BTC could test new lows, and that price seems to be what it's targeting, which is 74,200.
Still, the main factor or the real player in this game isn't that price; the real actor is a term called FALSE BREAKOUT. If you're wondering what that is, just look at the chart, and you'll see a steep drop over days, but there are about 3 to 6 days where it rises significantly, only to end up back at the same price it dropped from when it started its ascent.
If this false breakout materializes and #BTC forms the daily candlestick exactly where it is, it would just be a matter of time before we see it testing the lower supports again.
