This Bitcoin is believed to be illegally profited from the "Pig Butchering Scam" run by Chen Zhi, a Chinese citizen, in Cambodia.

If completed, the BTC will be added to the US Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Fund – according to the executive order signed by President Trump earlier this year.
