China Concord Resources Corp (CCRC), a private Chinese company, signed a 20-year contract with Venezuela and is already pumping 12,000 barrels daily. The plan is to reach 60,000 barrels per day by the end of 2026, reopening 100 abandoned wells.

🚢 The master move: while major oil companies flee due to Trump's sanctions, China sent a giant floating platform from the port of Zhoushan to Lake Maracaibo. Light crude goes to PDVSA, heavy directly to China. Independent Chinese refineries never stopped buying Venezuelan oil.
