In moments when the market isn’t showing a clear direction, letting the price breathe is key so we don’t get hurt by a sudden spike that brings us closer to liquidation. Although the high risk with $ETH has its appeal, today I’m prioritizing protecting capital and looking for more conservative entries.

My opinion is becoming firmer every day: leveraged futures contracts are distorting the market.
While $BTC has been stuck in a weak trend for months, coins that are almost unknown are showing up and rising by 100%, 200%, or more. I find it hard to believe that this is explained solely by natural purchases from investors.
Exchanges get a significant portion of their revenue from activity in the derivatives markets. That’s why many traders believe that mass liquidations end up having a major impact on price behavior.
Everyone should draw their own conclusions, but for me, the futures market completely changed the dynamics of cryptocurrencies.

📊 My favorite combo for Scalping in Futures: RSI + Bollinger Bands
When trading on short timeframes, market noise can be misleading. To filter out false entries, one of the most solid strategies is to combine price action with two key indicators:
1️⃣ RSI (Relative Strength Index): I’m not only looking for traditional overbought/oversold (70/30 levels). I mainly focus on the divergences between price and the indicator. That’s where the gold is!
2️⃣ Bollinger Bands: I use them to measure volatility. A "squeeze" (when the bands tighten), followed by a breakout with volume and confirmation from the RSI, is my favorite signal to enter the market.
💡 Extra tip: If you add key Fibonacci retracement levels to set your Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL), your risk management improves drastically.
