Pro-crypto SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce is making it clear — the SEC isn’t sitting idle while Congress debates crypto laws. Speaking on Bloomberg TV, Peirce said plenty can be done under the agency’s existing authority, and work has been underway since January to guide the industry on applying current securities laws to digital assets.
