US stocks closed, and $SPCX perpetual futures are still on duty “covering the night shift” for SpaceX After US stock market closed on Thursday, SpaceX (SPCX.O) ended at $149.74, +6.42%, hitting a high of $152.30 during the session, with a market cap of $1.97 trillion—just one step away from $2 trillion. Then US stocks went to sleep. But SpaceX’s momentum didn’t stop—on the crypto side, SPCXUSDT perpetual contracts are trading at 150.10, +6.52% over 24 hours, and the 1-hour chart spiked to 152.19. Compare it: stocks +6.42%, perpetual futures +6.52%—almost perfectly aligned. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s the same company’s pricing carrying over across markets in relay. Why did it rise? Two fundamental drivers, layered with a macro tailwind: 1. Starship’s 14th flight test application to carry Starlink terminals (FCC filing). It’s the first time it genuinely attempts to reach orbit—from “able to launch” to “able to reach orbit,” the narrative upgrades; 2. Oppenheimer reiterates a buy rating, raising the target price from $250 to $280—an “AI compute winner” story: compute capacity expands from 1.4GW to 2GW+ by year-end, with compute-rental contracts in hand from Alphabet and Anthropic; Grok 4.7 is set to be released; 3. Macro tailwind: Waller changed course— the probability of a September rate hike dropped from 70% to about 50%. Risk-on across the whole market makes high-beta assets like SpaceX the most elastic. That’s the value of perpetual futures: US stocks trade only 6.5 hours a day, while crypto is 24/7. Tonight at 20:30, it’s the Non-Farm Payrolls—US markets won’t be open. SPCX perpetuals will react before US stocks do. Event pricing doesn’t take a break; that’s the sexiest part of mapping the stock—and also the most dangerous. Back to the chart: price is above SUPERTREND (146.91) and MA7 (149.92). MA25 (146.20) and MA99 (142.96) are in a bullish arrangement, so the structure hasn’t broken. But RSI12 is already at 72.63, and the 1-hour chart is consolidating at the highs (amplitude only 0.15%). Chasing after a spike offers mediocre risk-reward. If you want to get in, wait for a pullback to the MA7–SUPERTREND zone (147–150), or wait for the Non-Farm Payrolls to land. The price action suggests it: 📦 The natural digestion of the impulse: Those who entered at the base are already sitting on substantial gains. In assets that grow at this pace, the logical thing is to see a phase where strong hands stop paying the highest prices and allow the market to build a sideways box to stabilize the price. 🌊 Demand doesn’t ease: Even though the accumulated flow from the last few days shows logical profit-taking, on the intraday timeframe, buying pressure is still in control (almost 60% of recent orders are going up). This is a massive increase in valuation within just one month; the stock surged strongly from its lowest levels recorded in early August, adding more than $62 billion to its market value in the meantime. The 44% rise within 30 days represents a huge move for a company of this size, placing SpaceX’s recent performance among the fastest and strongest short-term gains the company has ever achieved.

🚨 $SPACEX RECLAIMS $135 IPO LEVEL AS WALL STREET SETS $225 TARGETS! 🦈 Early unlock panic got completely neutralized as $SPACEX defended its $135 IPO base with serious institutional grit. 📊 Instead of an insider dump following lock-up expiration, major bids stepped up to swallow the initial 9.12 billion share unlock. Wall Street heavyweights are now integrating $SPACEX into institutional frameworks, setting median target prices near $225. 💡 As the scarcity thesis transitions to fundamental execution, growth in Starlink and orbital computing takes center stage. 🌊 Smart money is proving it prefers accumulating position size over quick liquidity exits. 💬 Do you expect institutional bids to comfortably absorb the remaining 3 billion unlocked shares by year end? 👇 ⚠️ Not financial advice. Elon Musk: Starlink is now available in the UAE Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, announced that the Starlink satellite internet service is now available in the United Arab Emirates. Musk’s announcement came via a post on the X platform, days after the UAE’s Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority granted Starlink a 10-year license to provide satellite internet services within the country. The license allows the company to offer its services to individuals, the business sector, and government entities, as well as the maritime and aviation sectors. 🚨 $SPACEX RECLAIMS $135 AS INSTITUTIONAL LIQUIDITY ABSORBS 9.12B UNLOCKED SHARES! 🦈 Entry: 135 ⚡ Target: 225 🚀 The projected 9.12 billion share unlock failed to trigger seller expansion, as institutional order flow stepped in to absorb supply right at the $135 structural pivot. 🦈 Wall Street desks are actively integrating $SPACEX into institutional portfolio models, establishing median target valuations around $225 following quiet period expirations. 📊 As secondary float expands by roughly 3 billion shares through year-end, market structure is transitioning from a scarcity premium to fundamental order flow. 💡 Long-term continuation will depend on fundamental execution across Starlink and orbital computing to absorb incoming market supply. 💬 Do you expect institutional desks to maintain this absorption velocity as share float expands? 👇 ⚠️ Not financial advice. I currently lean toward event (news)–driven trading. For each round of SpaceX share unlocks, I’ve done them, but every time the shorting timing isn’t good it makes your heart race. Especially the second time! 1. The first unlock was one day after the earnings report came out, so the day before the earnings report was released I didn’t dare to make a move. There was a decent pull-up and rally, and then right after the earnings report was released, the first wave of unlocks came immediately. At the time, I thought that from the time of listing to the first unlock, the stock had already fallen by about 50%. And most of that 50% was actually the market digesting expectations for the first unlock. So I didn’t hold a long-position short for a long time; instead, I went short first and then entered a long position. The reason was: when the negative news is already out, it goes up. 2. For the second unlock, I acted relatively early. Back then, I believed that before the second unlock, Spacex had already risen from 104 to 150—up about 50%. So I was bearish on the second unlock as well, and I placed short orders in advance (15/8) around the 140 area. But on 17/8 it surged to around 150, nearly hitting my stop-loss line. Fortunately, I still held on. In the end, I also exited in profit. 3. The third unlock is also coming soon (9/9). Personally, I think this unlock-related trade direction will definitely be short. But choosing the right timing to short is extremely important. Referring to the first two times: whether or not there is an earnings report, within one to two days before the unlock there will be a relatively high point formed. (The first time was affected by the earnings report, when it moved from 104 to 130; the second time was from 140 to 149.5.) So personally I prefer not to short too early, but to wait for one to two days before the unlock, see whether a higher high forms, and then short from that position. 4. In line with the way the first two unlocks played out, the period on the day of the unlock—from daytime until the market opens at 9:30pm—is the most certain window to short, because the price action during that window has been relatively smooth. $SPCX {future}(SPCXUSDT) The above is only my personal trading analysis and record; it does not constitute any investment advice. #SpaceX

#SpaceX $SPCX In the near term, prices have been oscillating repeatedly, and during the US evening session volatility is especially intense, with frequent long/short whipsaws. When placing trades, avoid taking an overly large position to gamble on the market; switch between long and short positions quickly and exit just as fast. When entering, be sure to strictly set stop-loss and take-profit levels—do not hold losing positions. Understand the rhythm of its range-bound swings and participate with small position sizes; there’s still a chance to earn some “meal money.”
