As of October 29, 2026, the digital asset market has decisively rebounded following yesterday's crucial Federal Reserve rate decision, with Bitcoin surging past $86,500–$88,000 while SPCX equity rallies toward $158. As widely anticipated, the FOMC concluded its two-day meeting yesterday by holding the federal funds target range steady at 3.75%–4.00%. Chair Kevin Warsh’s accompanying commentary struck a balanced, pragmatic tone, assuring markets that the central bank remains data-dependent while acknowledging stabilizing inflation trends. Rather than treating the pause as a signal of sustained tightening, risk assets interpreted the decision as confirmation of a supportive "higher-for-longer plateau," triggering an immediate influx of sidelined institutional liquidity. Simultaneously, the shockwaves of SpaceX’s $40 billion GPU debt-financing agreement continue to ripple across public and digital markets. The heavy capital commitment toward orbital AI infrastructure and Starlink compute nodes has firmly re-established the "market convergence" model—where space-tech capital flows act as a high-beta catalyst for broader risk-on momentum. With derivatives leverage remaining orderly and spot ETF vehicles recording strong post-FOMC net inflows, technical support has solidified firmly in the $84,000–$85,000 zone, setting up a clear path to test upper resistance as Q4 enters its final stretch. $BTC $SPCXB $SPCX #CoinVahini #Bitcoin #PostFOMC #SpaceX #Q4Momentum

🚨 SpaceX Secures $40B AI Chip Financing Deal! Hey guys, this is a massive move in the AI infrastructure race. 👀 SpaceX has reportedly secured around $40 billion in equipment-lease financing with Apollo Global Management to fund advanced chips for its AI operations. But here's the interesting part: AI growth isn't just about better models anymore. It's also about who can afford the chips, computing power, and infrastructure needed to scale. 💡 What this means: • More funding for AI infrastructure expansion. • A bigger role for private credit in financing the AI boom. • More pressure to turn massive AI investments into real revenue. ⚠️ However, financing isn't free growth. A company that could house all of Musk’s businesses is now trading at just over 60% of its value—a great tech company that could become the world’s largest by market cap #SpaceX I’ve changed my name. From now on, call me Old Ox on Mars. It’s not a spur-of-the-moment thing. I laid out Musk’s cards from the past few years and took a look: rockets and Starlink at SpaceX; electric cars, self-driving technology, and humanoid robots at Tesla; plus his AI and brain-computer interface projects. Look at any one of them, and you might think he’s just doing business. Put them all on the table, and he’s staking out, one by one, some of the most valuable industries of the next two or three decades. Last Wednesday, Musk said himself that SpaceX and Tesla had each formed a committee to discuss a merger, and that he thought it was a good idea. My view is that this is just the first step. If cars and rockets can be brought together, why not Starlink, robots, AI, and brain-computer interfaces? It’s only a matter of time before they all end up in the same basket. When that day comes, SPCX won’t just be a rocket company—it’ll be the master account for Musk’s entire future. It won’t be long, and everyone here can see it. But how is the market treating it now? The day the news came out, it surged as high as 166, then got hammered back to 144 the next day, giving it all back in a single day. It tested the 142–143 range three times—on October 16, October 22, and yesterday—and held each time. It once reached a high of 225 over the past year. Now it’s trading at just over 60% of that peak. A company that could house all of Musk’s businesses, at 60% of its value. So Old Ox’s strategy is pretty simple: for U.S. stocks, buy the first tranche of SPCX around 142, then add another at 140. For crypto folks, keep an eye on SPCXB spot; it tracks the U.S. stock at the same price, so the levels are the same. I’m not betting it’ll go up tomorrow. I’m betting that, ten years from now, we’ll look back and laugh at today’s price. In my next post, I’ll write about who least wants to see Musk finish this game of chess. $SPCX $TSLA #SPCX Renaming in six days

If you chased into SpaceX on earnings day, 10/21, you’ve probably had a pretty uncomfortable week. The earnings were genuinely good: revenue came in at $14.57 billion versus expectations of $12.97 billion, and the stock closed at $159.31 that day. But the next day, 1.3 billion shares were unlocked, and the stock fell 9.1% in a single day, giving back almost all of its gains. It closed at $145.23 last night, after hitting an intraday low of $142.13—just $2 above the $140 level everyone’s watching. My take: buyers have stepped in at $140 twice this month, but I really can’t say whether they’ll hold the line a third time. If it holds, $150 is the first level to watch above. If it breaks below, there isn’t much meaningful support beneath it; the August low is around $108. Binance perpetual funding is still positive at 0.028%, which suggests plenty of people are still holding on. A decisive break below support could hurt. The next clearly scheduled share unlock is December 8, so for now I’m more inclined to watch how it trades within the $140–$150 range. Do you think $140 will hold or break? Which side are you on? Just my personal observations, not investment advice. $SPCX #SpaceX #美股 #StockEarningsSeason

SpaceX Coverage Network Designs Draw Wall Street's AttentionSpaceX's coverage network designs are drawing attention from Wall Street analysts modeling what the system could be worth. The interest centers on Starlink's ability to deliver connectivity where terrestrial networks are expensive or impossible to build, and on how that could be monetized beyond consumer broadband. Analysts are looking at enterprise and government contracts as the higher-margin end, while consumer subscriptions provide the base volume. SpaceX remains private, so none of this is tradeable today. The pairing would bring together a launch and satellite operator with an autonomous driving and robotics company, connected through shared AI and compute infrastructure. There is no announced transaction. What exists is analysis of what such a structure would mean for valuation and for the competitive position of both companies.
