Sorare is changing the game for its European Nights comeback 👀⚽

Instead of chasing a traditional leaderboard, managers will now aim for score thresholds on streak boards. Champion boards open September 8, Contender boards follow on September 16, and both run until November 6.

That shift matters because the weekly focus becomes simpler: hit the number, get the reward. Six levels run from 350 points up to 500, and the payouts rise sharply at the top. Depending on the jurisdiction, rewards can land in ETH, SOL, or cash.

European Boosted Cards can add up to a 10% scoring boost, which could be a real edge when only 30 points separate Level 5 from Level 6. Rare card holders may also benefit more on Limited streak boards, while Super Rare and Unique cards stay in the separate Arena format.

For $ETH traders, the bearish angle is that Sorare’s rewards are more utility-driven than market-moving. But the broader takeaway is clear: licensed sports IP still gives Sorare an edge in a crowded space.
