Second, can buying more coins genuinely increase the value of each share? The company buying more BNB doesn’t necessarily mean existing shareholders get a larger share. So I would consider debt, expenses, and potential dilution together, and keep an eye on changes in net BNB per share.
The new CEO’s incentive structure is also worth watching: of the proposed performance-based portion of his equity award upon joining, 35% is tied to the share price denominated in BNB, 35% to net BNB per share, and 30% to the revenue coverage ratio.
