$ARB has moved sharply higher as the market begins to price in the growing fundamental impact of Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 built using Arbitrum technology.
Rising DEX activity, protocol revenue, and the return of 10% of net protocol revenue to the Arbitrum ecosystem have strengthened confidence in Arbitrum’s longer-term value proposition.
However, while the fundamental story is improving, the technical structure is beginning to show signs of exhaustion.
Can ARB extend the rally above $0.17, or is a correction about to begin?
Fundamental Outlook
Robinhood Chain’s rapid growth in DEX volume and protocol revenue has become an increasingly important catalyst for the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Under the Arbitrum Expansion framework, 10% of net protocol revenue is returned to the ecosystem, creating an additional revenue stream as Robinhood Chain activity expands.
This strengthens the long-term fundamental case for Arbitrum — but strong fundamentals do not necessarily prevent short-term corrections.
Technical Analysis
On the 4-hour timeframe, ARB is approaching a major confluence of resistance:
Resistance ZoneCumulative Short Liquidation Leverage: $0.142–$0.152Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ): $0.148–$0.163
At the same time, trading volume has been declining while price continues to rise, creating a negative divergence between price and volume.
This suggests that bullish momentum may be weakening despite the continued advance.
From an Elliott Wave perspective, ARB also appears to be completing a Five-Wave Impulsive Structure, with the final wave potentially terminating inside the PRZ.
I therefore expect ARB to potentially begin a corrective move from the PRZ and Cumulative Short Liquidation Leverage.
If sellers become active in this area, the first major downside target would be the key $0.127 trading level.
Stronger bearish momentum could extend the correction toward $0.121.
