While reading the Trustless Vault technique of @BabylonLabs_io _io, what caught my attention most is that Bitcoin stays on the Bitcoin network using Taproot, while it can be leveraged in other applications without moving the same underlying asset. This idea gives BTC broader utility while maintaining a high security level.
But as I continued, I moved on to $BABY ’s market data, and here an important question emerged. With tens of thousands of BTC locked within the system—which represents a tremendous value—why does the token’s market value still look modest compared to the size of the assets it is tied to?
It’s clear that the technical architecture works as intended, and the Vaults are doing their job, but the market has not yet reflected this volume of activity in the token’s valuation. Perhaps it needs wider adoption, increased borrowing volume, and stronger economic mechanisms for this to show up in the value of $BABY .
