合规交易所承接的是本地的传统机构资金，提供了一个合规的出入金通道，离岸交易所则是吸引全球流动资金，通过监管套利的方式给不能符合合规要求的用户及地区提供出入金通道。
当然，还有一个大的背景是，Web3 行业已经逐渐开始走向链上，去中心化交易所是完全无许可的，比离岸所更进一步，满足每个个体的链上交易需求。
去中心化交易所和中心化交易所的定位不同，发挥的作用也不同，去中心化交易所可以实现资金的自由流动，充分进行去中心化世界的实验，而中心化交易所则是承接传统合规资金并提供出入金通道。
所以合规交易所会一直存在，且长期存在，作为传统世界与链上世界的桥梁。
美国有已上市的合规交易所 Coinbase，那华人区域呢？
必然要看香港的 HashKey，这家交易所代表了华人最强 Crypto 合规力量。
2018 年，中国区块链行业的灵魂级人物、万向区块链的肖风正式成立 HashKey 集团（HashKey Group），并开始向数字资产金融服务转型。
万向之前投资过早期的以太坊和 Circle，可以说为推动整个区块链行业的发展贡献了很大的力量。

HashKey Exchange 交易所体系：三站布局，包括香港站、全球站、中东站，均为合规交易所。HashKey OTC：机构级合规出入金 + 资金解决方案，交易所做不了的合规出金，HashKey OTC 能做。HashKey Chain：以太坊 Layer2，聚焦的场景主要是机构 DeFi、RWA、跨境支付，可以说是机构级公链。HashKey Capital：亚洲领先的加密投资与资产管理平台，投资过很多项目，其产品覆盖一级市场 + 二级市场 + ETF。
所以我们可以看到 HashKey 就是东方的 Coinbase，但是又超越了 Coinbase，覆盖了更加全面的业务，且在各个业务领域都走得非常靠前。
HashKey 已经占据了香港地区，乃至整个华人世界的重要生态位，能够捕获到行业发展红利和政策支持红利，其未来发展的天花板非常高，值得长期关注。
很多人只知道 HashKey 是“持牌交易所”，但真相远不止于此。
它背后的万向集团，早在 2016 年就投了 Circle - 也就是 USDC 的发行方，当时一起投的还有百度、光大控股，那个时候连稳定币这个词都没出圈，它们已经在下注链上美元。
最近几天 Circle 上市后，其股价 10 天翻 6 倍，火到发烫，2016 年的投资回报预估超过百倍。
这相当于变成一个金融巨头，把从一级投资、到交易所、再到出入金、RWA、基金管理，HashKey 等于把一整套 Web3 金融系统都搭出来了。
现在它手里有：
三地持牌交易所（香港、新加坡、中东）法币 OTC 闭环（能合规出入金）自主高性能公链（主打金融资产上链）AUM 超 10 亿的投资基金（投了 600 多个项目）
最夸张的是，最近一个月，光是用户“主动入金”就涨了 5～10 亿美金，没空投、没刷榜，是真正有信任、有沉淀的那种。
所以你说它是“东方 Coinbase”？
我觉得不够，它更像是亚洲版的 Coinbase + 红杉 + Circle，自建护城河，还能给别人修高速。
这种选手，在这个越卷越合规的市场里，反而会越来越值钱。
