ACTING CFTC CHAIR CAROLINE PHAM TO JOIN MOONPAY AS CHIEF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
According to PANews, U.S. CFTC Acting Chair Caroline Pham will join crypto financial services firm MoonPay as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer after her term ends.
MoonPay stated that Pham’s start date has not yet been finalized, as President Trump’s nominee for CFTC Chair, Mike Selig, has not been confirmed and is expected to face a confirmation hearing this week.
