According to Foresight News, Faraday Future founder Jia Yueting announced via social media that AIxCrypto (stock code AIXC) has appointed Andrew Grossman as its new legal head. Grossman will oversee disclosure, compliance, governance, and digital asset regulatory matters with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Andrew Grossman previously served as a partner at BakerHostetler law firm, where he managed the appeals and major motions team.
