Just hours before the high-stakes summit in Alaska between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian forces launched one of their largest drone attacks on Russian territory to date.

According to Russian officials, drones targeted Rostov-on-Don and Belgorod, inju₹ing at least 16 civilians, with some in serious condition. In addition, debris from the drones sparked a fire at an oil refinery in Volgograd region. Ukraine has not issued an official comment on the strikes.
