Everyone is turning bullish, but with caution. The end of QT doesn’t mean the market will immediately reverse upward. We’ll likely need QE to kick in before seeing a full-blown bull market. On the bright side, at least we have a clearer trend for the coming months, bottoms will form gradually. As a result, any major dips in the future will be a buying opportunity!
There are tons of people on my timeline still analyzing the market based on previous cycles, predicting a Q4 2025 top for #Bitcoin. But let me ask you this, if Trump gets what he wants, with QT ending and QE kicking in by Q3 or Q4, do you really think Bitcoin will follow the previous cycle and crash in late 2025?
By now, it should be clear that past market cycles don’t hold the same weight in this cycle. The market has evolved, and blindly following old patterns can be dangerous.
I can’t shake off the feeling that this sell-off is highly controlled and manipulated. It's not only a crypto crash, it's the overall market crash, It’s almost as if they’re setting the stage for something big. I wouldn’t be surprised if this controlled drop continues until March 17-18 FOMC just in time for the Fed to pull an unexpected move, like cutting rates by 50 bps, triggering a massive pump to wipe out all the shorts after massive market damages have been done.
The market always has a way of doing the unexpected…so always be prepared for the unexpected. Things won't fall forever, I felt that a violent pump will be coming soon..
It seems that Trump is aggressively using tariffs as a weapon in the trade war, potentially aiming to trigger economic decline and pressure the Fed into implementing QE.
Retail Investors Panic-Sell While Institutions Stealthily Accumulate, Data Shows. Keep panic selling you bloody plebs, be ready to buy back #Bitcoin higher in the next few weeks.
@realDonaldTrump just loaded up on more $ETH while the rest of crypto Twitter keeps trashing Ethereum. An ETH pump will be coming soon to give those bears a major🖕you.
I think we’re going to see some choppy price action for #Bitcoin in this area until the next FOMC meeting on January 28-29. Meanwhile, altcoins are likely to weaken further during this period.
I’m not sure why people are panicking over $VELO recent drop. This isn’t unusual, it’s always known for its liquidity hunts after significant price surges. In fact, we’ve seen three major liquidity hunts in the past few weeks alone. Stay calm and consider buying the dip if you have the funds available. If not, just be patient as it’s likely to recover in the coming days.
The entire timeline is in a capitulation mode, with stubborn bulls being slaughtered out from all sides. Give it another 2-3 days, and we should see the bottom forming.
If you’ve been following the timeline over the past few weeks, you might have noticed that many people seem to believe it’s going to be an “easy up-only” mode leading up to @realDonaldTrump inauguration on January 20. However, whales often use such significant events to manipulate the market and reshuffle their positions. That’s exactly what we’re witnessing now. Stay cautious and focus on surviving, things will stabilize in the end.
This cycle feels unusual. Why? Normally, the social risk indicator should be near all-time highs by now, signaling widespread retail interest in crypto. Instead, it’s near all-time lows. This suggests that the average retail investor isn’t paying attention to crypto yet. It seems this cycle is being driven primarily by institutional players, leading me to consider two potential scenarios:
Scenario 1: There won’t be a broad altseason. Major liquidity will remain concentrated in Bitcoin and a few selected altcoins.
Scenario 2: We’re entering an extended supercycle.
I’m leaning towards the first scenario. If that’s the case, most investors are in deep trouble. Success will depend on choosing the right coins to invest in. That’s why I consistently stress the importance of focusing on coins with strong price action and an established uptrend. These are the projects most likely to attract significant liquidity and deliver strong returns.
