According to finbold.com, on April 25, asset manager Hashdex, together with Genial Investimentos, launched a product named XRPH11 on the B3 stock exchange. Genial Bank acts as the custodian of the asset. Previously, Hashdex had received approval from Brazilian financial authorities.
This launch is considered important because, historically, the presence of spot ETFs usually drives cryptocurrency prices up. ETFs open the door for more institutional investors to enter. Although the Brazilian financial market is not as large as that of the United States or Europe, being the first could attract global attention to XRP.
According to ChatGPT, if the market situation is normal, the price of XRP is expected to rise to the range of US$ 3.50 to US$ 4.50 by the end of 2025. When was the XRP futures ETFs Proposed?
Proshares, which already offers Bitcoin ETFs, in January proposed the formation of three XRP linked ETFs — the Ultra XRP ETF (with 2x leverage), the Short XRP ETF (with inverse (-1x) leverage), and the Ultra Short XRP ETF (with inverse (-2x) leverage), according to a report by CryptoSlate.
ProShares' XRP Futures ETFs will track XRP price on the XRP Index, the report added.
