-It is moving your SL to the profit entry
the analogy is like this:
you open a short position in coin nul at the price of 0.8000000, and it turns out the price drops to 0.7000000 and you profit+++, but you are confident it will drop further, so move your SL to 0.7500000, and then the price drops further to 0.6500000, move your SL again to 0.7000000 and so on

“First Time Using Trailing Stop-Loss: Between Nervousness and Relief”
At first, I was hesitant to try the trailing stop-loss feature on Binance. I usually only use limit or regular stop orders. But after a few times the market reversed when I left for a moment, I thought, “Okay, it’s time to upgrade my strategy.”
At that time, I bought an asset that was rising quite rapidly. I set a trailing stop at 3%, hoping to secure profits without having to constantly monitor the charts. And sure enough — the price kept rising, and the trailing stop followed upwards. When it finally corrected, the sell order was executed automatically. The result? Higher profits than if I had sold manually earlier.
Since then, this feature has become my go-to tool for protecting profits when the market is aggressive. It feels like having a personal assistant guarding my position without the drama of FOMO.
