I saw that the K-line in front of 1 strongly engulfed the previous bearish line, so I went long at 1. When I saw the bearish line at 2 immediately come down, I thought the long position at 1 was going to fail, so I quickly opened two double-sized short positions. Fortunately, I won the long position by a slight margin, and the two shorts after that also won. When I saw 3, the bearish line was very strong, and those with a bit more courage could go all in on the short. Since the amounts from the first three trades today had already reached my profit target, I did not chase the short at 3. I often say that the signal K-line is the winning secret weapon; each K-line tells you what the market wants to do. The three positions in the event contract should be used reasonably, and can be hedged when necessary; it’s best not to go all in.
