I don't have enough patience, so I rarely terminate contracts outside of ten minutes. However, ten minutes is easily susceptible to rebound points, while 30 minutes tends to be more stable. But it requires accurately catching a one-sided trend. I have observed that Bitcoin is forming a descending wedge, and the candlesticks have basically been all bearish, with a high probability of dipping to the middle-lower track, so I decisively opened a short position for 30 minutes.
