However, negotiations are still ongoing regarding who has to pay the fine or how much Ripple would have to pay to the SEC.
By dismissing the lawsuit, it is most likely that $XRP will be catapulted to new all-time highs.
Personally, since this is the oldest lawsuit that the SEC has, I think the lawsuit could be dismissed by May.
