Another case dismissed during the administration of Donald Trump.

As I have already said, I think the case against Ripple ($XRP ) will be closed in May, let's hope I'm wrong.

Let’s remember that while the SEC lawsuit is active, financial institutions still cannot freely adopt XRP for trading and custody, and without the yet approved regulation, they would have to pay their respective taxes for each purchase of the crypto asset.
