A new order has emerged in the Polish government — and this time it directly concerns crypto investors. A draft amendment to the law has appeared on the Government Legislation Centre's website, which could end the illusions of anonymity in the world of digital assets. If it comes into effect, cryptocurrency exchanges — including foreign ones servicing European clients — will have to report precise data about users and their transactions. The tax authorities no longer intend to stand on the sidelines.
