Analyzing a Noisy Coin (and a Position That Almost Broke Me) - Day 23
After yesterday's closing, I went to sleep peacefully. But when I woke up at 10:00 a.m., I had a notification I didn't like at all: my futures position had been liquidated at 9:00 a.m. It didn't hurt that much because that money came from previous gains and a little $WLD I took from Chicken Farm. Still, I learned something: high leverage (20x or more) can be a double-edged sword, especially if you don't check the chart regularly or set a stop loss.
I invested 10 USD in a game, and what was left I sent to earn more in futures - Day 22
Yesterday something curious happened to me: I had $10.60 USDT from previous earnings in my account. I decided to invest 10 USDT in Chicken Farm, a crypto mini-game within World App, and with the remaining $0.60... I transferred it to Futures, choosing the token $C (Chainbase), to leave it as a long-term investment.
Chicken Farm (in World App) Last night I felt like trying something new, and I found in the Worldcoin app (World App) a game called Chicken Farm. Basically, you raise chickens, the chickens lay eggs, and you sell the eggs for $WLD, the token of the Worldcoin ecosystem.
Day 21: I lost everything for not closing the position in time (but I learned something key about futures)
Today I lost everything I had earned in futures. It wasn't much (1 USDT in total), but it doesn’t hurt me. Why? Because I only used profits I had earned within Binance, and what I learned is worth much more than that dollar. 🔁 How did I lose it? During the day I was making several small trades with BNB/USDC in futures. I opened and closed more than 8 times, switching between long and short as the price hit a ceiling or support. I was looking to gain little by little, but frequently. I did well. I reached having 1 USDT with quick gains. But at night, I went to sleep without closing a position. The price dropped and I lost everything.
I tried futures for the first time (with little risk) and understood how everything works - Day 20
Before explaining what futures are, I want to tell you something: today I closed my first futures trade with a profit of 0.58 USDC. A lot? No. Valuable? Very much. Because I didn't invest any of my own money: I only used money I had earned within Binance, and I learned something key. 💥 What are futures? A futures trade is not buying a crypto, but betting whether its price will go up or down. That is: If you think it will go up: you make a long order (buy).
Illustrative image. It's not mine (I wish). Still, if you pay attention, you can see it's fake due to the overlapping names. 📍 What is Write2Earn and why is everyone talking about it? Binance has a feature called Write to Earn that sounds too good to be true:
✍️ Publish content on Binance Square and you can earn up to 30% commission and prizes in USDT or USDC.
The reality is a bit different. Today I tell you how it really works, what they promise, what they don't tell you, and my real experience after 18 days of writing.
Can you earn $100 a day without investing in Binance?
Short answer: No. Long answer: It depends on the day, your luck, and how quickly you take advantage of the little that is available.
I have been testing all possible ways to make money on Binance for 18 days without putting in a single cent. I completed courses, claimed rewards, used coupons, wrote articles every day… and this is what I discovered: 🧪 Ways I tried (and how it went for me) ✅ 1. Learn and Earn – Yes, it works (at first)
I took the “Beginner” and “Intermediate” courses from Binance Academy. They gave me certificates with my name to put on LinkedIn and some non-tradable NFTs, like trophies.
How to recover a bad investment in crypto? – Day 17
Sometimes you buy a crypto, it drops... and you get stuck. You're not alone. It happened to me with FUN and others. But I learned something key: a bad entry doesn't mean giving up, but rather thinking better about the exit.
💥 What to do when your crypto falls? Don't sell in panic. Wait. If you sell when everyone sells, you will probably lose more. Check the project. Is it still active? Does it have a community, volume, and news? If not, it might be better to accept the loss. Look for staggered exit points.
You can sell part of your holdings when it recovers a bit, another part if it goes up more. Not all at once.
Automation in Crypto: Earning Without Being Glued to the Screen - Day 16
In crypto, there is something that is worth more than money: time. Looking at your phone every 10 minutes is exhausting. And many times... it doesn't even help you earn more. That's why today I want to talk to you about what I'm using more and more: automation.
What is automation? It's leaving functions loaded that work for you. You can:
I started with 0.06 USDT. Little capital, but a lot of focus. It didn't make me a millionaire, but it has already made me earn over time.
🔧 What I already use in Binance Spot: 🛡️ Risk Management Before automating, you need to know:
How to know when to sell a crypto? — Day 15 of my diary on Binance
Hello! It is now Day 15 of my diary on Binance. Today I want to talk about something that was hard for me to learn: when to sell a crypto. Buying is easy, but selling... that's where many lose.
🧠 Why is it so hard to sell? Because when it goes up, you want more. And when it goes down, you doubt. But if you don't have a plan, you end up exiting late... or never. Today I'm sharing what is working for me with my 12 USDT and a lot of attention. 📉 When is a good time to sell? When you reach your goal: If you expected to gain 10%, and you did, exit.
Can I live off trading with little capital? — Day 14 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Day 14 of my diary on Binance, and today I asked myself the question that surely many of us have asked at some point: Can you live off trading? I started with just 0.06 USDT... and now I have 6.9 USDT. I didn't get rich, but I did learn valuable things.
🧠 The fantasy of 'I become a millionaire with 10 pesos' When you enter the crypto world, you see a thousand posts promising that with 100 pesos you'll have a Lambo. But the truth is different. Can you win? Yes. Is it easy? No. Does it require time, brains, and practice? 100%.
Binance turns 8 years old — Day 14 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Today Binance turns 8 years old, and as a new user, I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you two things:
What I learned since I started using Binance with 0.06 USDT What's real about the anniversary rewards
🧠 What I learned in these weeks I started with 0.06 USDT and now I have 6.06 USDT (I added 6 USDT from a sale). It wasn't luck: I traded BONK, PEPE, XRP, learned about candlesticks, used stop limit, switched between tokens, and avoided buying out of FOMO. Binance proved useful for learning with little real money. I made mistakes several times, but that helped me improve.
How to automate your trades on Binance? — Day 13 of my diary
Hello! It's already Day 13 of my diary on Binance, and today I want to talk to you about something that helped me earn cents faster without being glued to the screen: automation.
📦 My story from yesterday I sold a game account for 6 USDT and added it to my 0.06 USDT. With just that, I started earning more than before. Not because I have more luck, but because I use automated tools that notify or execute for me.
💡 What is automation in crypto? These are functions that help you buy or sell without watching all the time. Some just notify you (like alerts), others directly do the work (like orders). I only use alerts and stop limit in Spot, because it's safer to start.
What is FOMO and how to avoid it? — Day 12 of my diary on Binance
Hello! It's already Day 12 of my diary on Binance, and today I learned something key to not lose money by being hasty: FOMO. 🧠 What is FOMO?
FOMO stands for Fear Of Missing Out. It's that feeling that pushes you to buy just because you see everything going up… even if you don't know why. 💥 It's an emotion, not a strategy. And sometimes it can be costly.
📉 What happened to me today?
Today I woke up and saw that PEPE had dropped significantly, from $0.00001300 to about $0.00001200. Fortunately, I had already sold earlier when it was higher. Later, it dropped to $0.00001150 and I entered again.
Is it going to explode… or has it already exploded? — Day 11 of my diary on Binance
🟨 Is it going to explode… or has it already exploded? — Day 11 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Day 11 of my diary on Binance. Yesterday I sold my BONK just before it dropped and switched to PEPE, which went up shortly after. I no longer have BONK, and today I focused on PEPE. This made me think: how to know if a crypto is about to explode… or if it has already exploded and you’re left with an empty party?
Today I will explain in simple terms how I try to anticipate.
🚀 What does it mean that it “is going to explode”? It’s when a crypto hasn’t risen strongly yet, but shows signs that it could. There’s noise, volume, accumulation, but the price hasn’t shot to the moon.
Why does a crypto rise or fall? — Day 10 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Day 10 of my diary on Binance. Several days have passed since I started with 0.06 USDT and I've learned a lot. But something keeps bothering me: why does a crypto sometimes spike suddenly... and then crash? And why do some not move at all even though everyone talks about them? Today I started researching why a crypto goes up or down. Here I explain it simply. 🔼 What makes a crypto go up? - Increases in demand: The more people want to buy, the higher the price goes. Sometimes due to hype, other times for something real.
Scalping, Swing or HODL? — Day 9 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Day 9 of my diary on Binance. Yesterday someone asked me if the time I hold a crypto affects how I earn or lose. Yes, and a lot! Today I explain simply what these trading methods are, what they are for, and how to choose the one that fits you. 🧭 What are time modalities? It's the time you plan to hold a crypto before selling it. Surely you’ve done one of these without knowing what they are called:
⏱️ 1. Scalping You profit from quick price rises in minutes. Ideal if you are attentive or use alerts/bots, not just all day in front of the screen.
STRANGE CRYPTO WORDS (but important) – Day 8 of my diary on Binance
Hello! Day 8 of my diary on Binance, and today I keep discovering things that seemed obvious to others, but not so much for me when I started. After learning about candles, I now want to understand the strange words I see around. Here goes my simple guide with real examples! ❗ Before predicting something like "Will it reach $1?", check at least 3 things: - How many tokens are circulating: A coin like BTC with 21 million is different from BONK with 88 trillion (or billions, depending on your numerical system). - What type of crypto it is: Is it a solid project or a meme token without backing?
SUPER EASY GUIDE TO JAPANESE CANDLESTICKS – Day 7 of my Binance diary
🟨 SUPER EASY GUIDE TO JAPANESE CANDLESTICKS – Day 7 of my Binance diary Hello! I'm on day 7 of my Binance diary, learning about cryptocurrencies step by step. My goal is to share what I'm discovering so you and I can better understand this exciting world. Today we're going to talk about Japanese candlesticks, those little red and green bars you see on the price charts on Binance. At first, they seemed like just colors, but now I know each candlestick tells a story, just like the market itself. Let's get started!
DAY 6 — Learning in public (and not having all the answers)
It's been 6 days since I started this diary. I don't have spectacular results, I'm not rich, and I still don't understand many things about the crypto world.
But every day something happens that makes me continue: a comment, a new question, or an idea that leaves me thinking.
Yesterday, for example, a reader thanked me for how I explained the moving averages topic. He asked me to tell him more about crossovers. And even though I'm just understanding it now, I started to research.
Today is July 5th. It's been 5 days since I started this journal, and one thing I notice is that I don't always know what to focus on, but a question or a comment from someone changes that. Today, thanks to a comment, I learned something new about moving average crosses.
And since I was researching graphs, I also wanted to understand two words that I always read and never had clear: "support" and "resistance." What happens when moving averages cross? A short moving average (like the 7-day one) moves faster than a long one (like the 25 or 99).
