An admission caught by the microphones.. Mark Zuckerberg in an embarrassing position in front of 12 the CEO of "Meta" Mark Zuckerberg found himself in an awkward situation during an official dinner at the White House, after the microphones captured his admission to President Donald Trump that he did not know how to answer a direct question about his company's investments in the United States.

Zuckerberg attended the dinner that brought together major technology giants, including Tim Cook (Apple), Bill Gates (Microsoft), Sergey Brin, and Sundar Pichai (Google), in addition to Sam Altman (OpenAI). During the event, Trump surprised him with a question about the size of "Meta"'s future investments in America, to which Zuckerberg hesitantly replied, "I think it will be around 600 billion dollars by 2028," before later apologizing to the president, confirming that he was not prepared to answer, according to the Daily Mail.

Trump laughed and told his wife Melania, who was sitting next to him, that Zuckerberg was not ready, while the latter admitted, saying, "I didn't know what number you wanted to hear."

The most notable absence from the evening was Elon Musk, who previously held an advisory position in the Trump administration and was dubbed "the first friend."
