🔔 SEC will allow in-kind redemptions for Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs
In the last hour, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced a key policy change: it will now allow in-kind creations and redemptions of crypto ETFs, meaning transactions using BTC or ETH directly, instead of just cash. This adjustment improves the efficiency of the products, brings them closer to traditional ETFs, and could reduce costs and operational friction for institutional investors  .
