It's been 1000 days since the Ethereum Merge, when mainnet transitioned from Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoW). PoW transparently allowed anyone in the world to get skin in the game early by contributing computing resources instead of buying coins and PoS greatly expanded the number of people who could secure the network and earn rewards. PoW -> PoS is ideal for credible neutrality.

You can understand why some say ETH should be valued like a company based on revenue. I made the same argument 10 years ago because my bag then was all BTC. But it doesn't matter what anyone thinks should happen. It matters what is. Ethereum is credibly neutral and there's now tens of millions of people around the world that deeply believes in ETH as a store of value. That belief is spreading.
