Why am I willing to invest real money into it? Firstly, I firmly believe that Bitcoin (the big pie) will show cyclical changes with halving, alternating between bull and bear markets. Moreover, every time Bitcoin changes according to the cycle, it can break through previous highs. Also, once Bitcoin breaks previous highs and enters a sustained growth doubling mode, various altcoins will collectively rise and double as well. If you don't think so, then just don't get involved in this muddy water; it's that simple. This is my understanding of the crypto market, so I came in without hesitation, investing over 500, which is within my capacity to bear. Even if it all goes to zero, I can handle it.

But we need to understand that good things don't just happen smoothly. In investment, risks are certainly always present. Where is there a business with low risk, high returns, and guaranteed profits? Even if there is, it wouldn't be available to us ordinary folks. The investment cycle is like waves; there are peaks and valleys, which means every investor will inevitably experience losses and gains within a cycle. What we need to do now is to stabilize our emotions, overcome human weaknesses, and quietly wait for the peak to arrive. If we can't handle a drop of 20% or even 40%, and rush to liquidate, or sell everything when it rises by 30%, and then rush back in when we see it double, only to find that the cycle has passed and we haven't sold, it's a complete mess. Who loses if not you?

If you want to make money in the cryptocurrency market, you have to endure the pain of losses, the frustration of missing opportunities, and the regret of selling too early. These are the three major sufferings in the crypto world that everyone must experience. I think we shouldn't keep staring at the market, checking every ten minutes; it really affects our mood, and our life and work are also impacted. We should divert our attention; for example, I've recently been busy with rock climbing to exercise, and work has been hectic, so I haven't updated much. Moreover, the market has been fluctuating for almost three months, and there's really nothing new to talk about.

Also, everyone should be clear that the crypto market experiences long bearish trends and short bullish ones. It’s very normal for it to drop for several months, and it might only take a week to rise again, so seeing losses on paper most of the time is nothing to be shocked about.

As for when the market will come, I can't predict that. Just look at Zhao Changpeng; he appeared and spoke at an event in Dubai, looking in great spirits. To quote him, the crypto market has a four-year cycle: after the halving in 2016, it started to rise, followed by a big bull market in 2017. After the halving in 2020, it rose again, then another bull market in 2021. According to this pattern, if it halves and rises in 2024, then 2025 will be very promising.

For friends who believe in this cyclical pattern, let’s hold on together. If not, it’s better to find another path early!
