A reflection and reconstruction suggestion from a three-time liquidator. 'I have been in the cryptocurrency world for ten years, with assets exceeding ten million three times, and also returned to zero three times during bull and bear market switches.
If you are a beginner wanting to get rich quickly in the cryptocurrency world, I want to tell you: there is a chance, but you won't last.” — I, a ten-year veteran player in the cryptocurrency world, am expressing my true feelings.
1. Why are we always attracted to the 'myth of getting rich'? What is the biggest attraction of the cryptocurrency world? It’s not technology, finance, or philosophy, but the 'possibility of getting rich.' If you casually scroll through Twitter, Xiaohongshu, or Douyin, you will see: 'Getting ten times with meme coins overnight,' 'Airdropped ten ETH,' 'I made 5 million from 10,000 in a bull market.' Beginners enter the market, seeing these stories, as if they just need to hit it right once to escape poverty and achieve a free life. But what you see are results; you don’t see the paths, risks, and corpses. I am one of them, who once in 2017 relied on early investments in crowdfunding projects to hold assets worth tens of millions, and also in 2021 made dozens of times overnight with meme coins. But I also experienced liquidation three times, losing all profits and even principal, and ended up with more than 500,000 in debt. This is reality: there are indeed opportunities to get rich in the cryptocurrency world, but 99% of people cannot last until that moment of realization; they have already fallen.
2. From my ten years of experience: The 'possibility' of getting rich vs. 'probability.' 1. Possibility exists. In the cryptocurrency world, you can see all kinds of 'outrageous miracles': Bitcoin rising from hundreds to ten thousand in 2013; crowdfunding projects soaring a hundredfold in 2017; meme coins rising twentyfold in a day in 2021; 2023 bringing excitement in inscriptions, airdrops, MEV arbitrage, and NFT tracks; and in 2024, Friend.Tech and Blast airdrops. Many beginners have made thousands of dollars at zero cost. Even today, a perceptive beginner can achieve asset growth of dozens of times within six months through early investments, airdrop strategies, and short-term contracts. 2. But the probability is extremely low, even lower than winning a lottery. The problem is: these people are just a tiny minority, even being algorithmically selected 'samples for you.' The vast majority of beginners cannot cope with the following issues: chasing highs and selling lows, frequently changing positions, heavily betting without understanding fundamentals, technical aspects, and money management. Emotional trading, FOMO mindset, lack of a systematic approach, following big influencers, copying altcoins, fantasizing about a turnaround. The final outcome is: liquidation + zeroing out + exiting the cryptocurrency world. I have experienced three peaks of assets in ten years, and also three times returned to the starting point overnight. The core lesson is: getting rich is not about luck, but about structure.
3. What are the roots of beginners' failure to get rich? You think you are trading coins, but you are actually gambling with fate. I summarized five major reasons for beginners' failure to get rich:
1. Without a trading system, relying on 'feelings' for decision-making. Most people rely on 'hearing news,' 'watching trends,' and 'guessing the market,' without an entry logic, stop-loss mechanisms, or money management, completely running naked.
2. Treating luck as strength and bull markets as the norm. When a bull market comes, everything rises, and beginners think they are geniuses; when a bear market arrives, they realize they understand nothing after losing everything.
3. Zero emotional management ability. Panic when it drops, greed when it rises. Opening trades based on impulse, taking profits based on fantasies, and stopping losses based on regrets.
4. All-in, heavy positions, frequent position changes. Many people go all-in right away, and even if they earn at the beginning, they will eventually heavily position themselves at the wrong spot — I once heavily invested in a certain meme coin, from +300% to -95%, still fantasizing about breaking even.
5. Lack of a genuine training path. Cryptocurrency KOLs won’t tell you how to review trades, control emotions, or build systems; they only share results without providing paths. 4. The side business I am currently pursuing is the true 'wealth accumulation' solution for beginners. I am no longer pursuing 'hitting it once'; instead, I am using ten years of liquidation lessons to create a truly sustainable and replicable 'Anti-Liquidation Execution System' and using it to build the closed loop of my side business content.
This side business is called the 'Reconstructor X Plan.' It does not rely on price fluctuations or insider information, but on the following three pillars:
1. Build a structured trading system. I have raised my capital from hundreds of dollars to nearly 2000 dollars now, not relying on luck, but on the following five modules: Trading signal checklist: MACD, Bollinger Bands, three consecutive rises, breakout judgments, etc. Position management template: fixed positions, staggered entry, take profit and stop-loss mechanisms. Emotional control mechanism: daily emotional scoring, pre-trade questioning cards. Daily review cards: record daily trading actions, results, reflections. Monthly review system: analyze the success rate and optimization points of my strategy. This system does not guarantee I will get rich, but it guarantees I can 'survive' and gradually accumulate funds, avoiding liquidation again.
2. Building a long-term monetization path with side business content. I write content every day and publish it on platforms like Zhihu, Twitter, Notion, and Mirror. The content includes: trading reviews, book notes, reflections on liquidation, trading system sharing, airdrop opportunity analysis, cryptocurrency understanding, and daily plans. This content has not only helped me grow and review but has also gradually attracted the attention of 'liquidators and those wanting to turn things around.' I am creating products like (Anti-Liquidation Execution System Notion Template), (Cryptocurrency Understanding Growth Camp), (Turnaround Journal Template Pack), etc., and in the future, I will monetize through platforms like Gumroad and Typedream. This is the path that truly allows beginners to achieve incremental growth through 'ability + accumulation.'
3. Automated operation + low-cost replication. I have built an automated side business system called 'One Person Equals One Team' using Coze, Notion, and ChatGPT: automatically collecting airdrop information, automatically generating trading review templates, automatically publishing content to various platforms, building user communities + solidifying cognitive assets. In the future, it can be monetized through subscriptions, courses, communities, and toolkits. Its benefits are: low cost, replicable, sustainable, and does not rely on luck. This is more stable and reliable than the 'getting rich dream' of meme coins rising tenfold.
5. So, can beginners really get rich? I will answer in three levels:
1. Can it be done? — Yes! But you can’t afford to lose. The cryptocurrency world is the only field where retail investors can fight against capital and is also the only battlefield where 'cognitive gaps' can be violently realized. But if you lack a system, experience, mindset, and understanding, you are just here to donate money. Just like on the battlefield, ordinary people rush in with knives, only to find a dead end.
2. Is there a chance? — Yes! But it’s not through all-in bets, but through compound interest. Compound interest is the real 'shortcut to wealth' for beginners. Even if you only earn 10% a month, it’s three times in a year, and more than twenty times in three years. But this requires: strict control of drawdowns, refusal of emotional trading, having a clear system and plan, and continuous learning and reviewing.
3. What is the most stable way to do it? — Start with a systematic side business. The most stable path to wealth for beginners is not to go all-in but to first establish a side business system that forms a closed loop between content and trading: trading while recording and sharing content to attract resonators, solidifying followers to create knowledge products, low-cost monetization, ultimately allowing the side business to become the main business, achieving a free life. This is what I am doing now and I wish to build it with you.
6. Finally, let me say a few heartfelt words: I have a debt of 500,000, but I have still decided to rebuild my life starting from a side business. I named my side business system 'Reconstructor X,' and I hope you can join this plan, no longer relying on getting rich in the next market cycle, but taking the first step today to 'walk out of freedom from structure.' If you are a beginner, why not: follow me to get daily trading reviews and cognitive cards, receive (Anti-Liquidation Execution System) Notion templates, participate in the 'Cryptocurrency Turnaround Plan' I initiated, and build a side business system for ordinary people together. Getting rich in the cryptocurrency world is possible, but not through luck; it relies on systems, reflection, execution, and a bit of time. Whether you can get rich depends not on the market, but on yourself.
I need followers, and you need references. Guessing does not compare to following.
