Web3 Trading Notes 5.15 Are you ready to endure the cold winter?
I didn't trade much today. Although I saw many altcoin memes drop to daily support levels in the morning, I was very pessimistic about the market, so I didn't take much action and only opened a small long position in syrup.
At 8:06, I entered the market at a price of 0.33, and immediately a line shot up, with a maximum floating profit of seven points, then it crashed down immediately. In the end, I passively took profit at a point where I made a slight gain of one point.
The coins I've been trading these days are a bit disheartening, often spiking up and down to hit stop losses. Unless the entry point is very accurate, it’s hard to make much money even if you see the right direction.
Additionally, I’d like to share some personal subjective market judgment for reference only.
The recent market is merely a rebound from the severe overselling that occurred earlier and does not change the fact that we are still in a bear market. Therefore, apart from a very small number of altcoins and Bitcoin, most coins will continue to drop as they should.
However, unlike the waterfall-style decline from earlier, the next phase should be a slow decline, the most boring and worthless market.
In a waterfall decline, the market at least has fluctuations, providing profit opportunities for shorting or taking advantage of oversold rebounds. But in a genuine bear market with a slow decline, you can't even make money shorting; with fluctuations of only two or three points a day, fees will eat up half your profits, and market manipulators or project teams will occasionally spike the prices, leading to extremely poor risk-reward ratios.
For now, we can only observe on-chain activities. If we want the secondary market to have movement, we can only wait for new opportunities to emerge or for interest rates to be lowered; otherwise, we can only wait. I wish everyone can endure through this long winter.
P.S.: It must be said, the A-share market has been doing quite well recently, showing signs of taking off, and it has been nine years since the last bull market in 2015. Based on the past seven-year cycle of A-shares, the bull is already overdue. #交易训练
