Lowering win rate? Do you think this is Honor of Kings? Will this specifically target your 200 or so points?

Again, I died to a card, am I going crazy from being poor? To lower my win rate, I intentionally used the five-dollar ones to reduce my win rate. I haven't gotten gold recently, is this endless targeting still going on?
