April 29 Heartfelt Words

The "Tao Te Ching" says: "The howling wind does not last all morning, and the sudden rain does not last all day." A fierce wind does not blow continuously, and a heavy rain does not last all day. Everything in the world has its beginning and end. Excessive worry and anxiety only exhaust the mind and spirit, causing unnecessary suffering. By not overdrawing tomorrow's troubles, and by embracing every moment in the present, we can live a fulfilling life.

As we reach adulthood, carrying burdens, we need a strong body to face the challenges of life. A calm mindset, neither arrogant nor fearful, is the best way to maintain health. As the old saying goes: "Do not cling to the past, do not mix thoughts in the present, and do not worry about the future."

May we not dwell too much on the past, not entertain distractions in the present, and not fret about the future. In the years to come, may we nourish our souls, treat ourselves kindly, and cultivate a life of peace and smoothness. $BTC #ANfDAO
