Last night, the price of Bitcoin dropped to a low of 86000, while the highest price yesterday was 92800, resulting in a decline of 6800 points throughout the day, so a rebound during the night is very normal. Otherwise, it would be difficult to find reasons for a decline today; it is unlikely to say that there would be a consecutive decline without any rebound, directly breaking below 80000. A rebound during the night allows for better short-selling during the day.

From the hourly chart, the lower indicators, KDJ and MACD, are showing an upward trend, but from the Bollinger Bands perspective, the position at 89800 has already formed resistance, and 90500 is a strong resistance level. If this level breaks, one can wait a bit before shorting. Don’t ask why I am so firm about shorting; the lower channel has already opened, and the coin price hasn’t broken above 10+ in the last 20 days. If there was still space above, it would have broken through earlier. I previously mentioned that in 25 years, the price of Bitcoin could rise to a maximum of 130000. The current historical high is 110000, and it is very normal for the price of Bitcoin to return to the range of 30000 to 50000 in the future.

The operating suggestion for the day is to enter short positions near the resistance level, short near 89600, and exit between 87400-86600.

For Ethereum, short near 2530 and exit between 2450-2420.
