$BTC I made a PIX of BRL 750.00 to Binance thinking of investing in BTC, which was down, and to my surprise, the money did not reach my account. It remained in analysis status for hours, until I decided to use the contact channels to find out what to do. I was well attended to and they informed me that it would take up to 7 days for the refund.
I was thinking of making an investment and ended up losing my money, imagine if the loss had been BRL 50,000.00.
