On October 11, 2025, my PAXG/USDT futures position was completely wiped out, not by market movement, but by a catastrophic and manipulative system failure exclusive to Binance. This was not a trading loss; it was a platform failure. Here are the undeniable facts: Artificial Price Crash: While the global gold market was CLOSED and STABLE at ~$4017, Binance's Mark Price for the gold-pegged PAXG experienced an artificial "flash crash." This price was illegitimate and had no connection to the asset's real-world value. Faulty Liquidation Engine: Further proving the system error, my liquidation price was set at approximately $3740. However, the system liquidated my position at an average close price of $3669. This shows a total breakdown of the risk engine, executing a liquidation far below the actual trigger price. Customer support has refused to acknowledge the issue, providing only scripted answers and failing to escalate the case. They are ignoring a blatant system error that cost me $82,700. I strongly condemn this lack of accountability. I urge every user to seriously question the integrity of this platform. If this can happen on a gold-pegged asset while its underlying market is closed, it can happen to anyone on any asset at any time. This is my final notice: If my funds are not fully refunded, I will be formally initiating International Arbitration to recover my losses.
