Irina Bolgar, the mother of Pavel Durov's three children, said he was deprived of parental rights

Swiss resident Irina Bolgar, who calls herself the mother of three children of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, said that a Swiss court had deprived Durov of parental rights to their children. Bolgar said on Instagram on August 29 that the decision was made by the Tribunal for the Protection of Children and Adults in Geneva following an investigation by the guardianship authorities into her application.

Bolgar said that she went to court after Durov, according to her, gave her an ultimatum at the end of 2022, forcing her to move from Switzerland to the United Arab Emirates. "At that time, our personal relationship had already effectively ended due to a number of events that took place in 2021-2022," she said.
