Bitcoin is having a volatile sideways-to-bearish day after a failed breakout.
What happened today:
• Price now: Around $81,180 - $82,880. Market data shows $81,180 current with $84,876 high / $80,939 low today, while other desks report $81,800 - $82,831 range. 
• After surging late Wednesday to nearly $84,800, BTC reversed and fell to around $81,800, down 2.7% since midnight UTC. Another feed puts it at $82,831 at 05:00 UTC, 34% below ATH $126,156 . 
• Intraday range so far: 81,335 to 84,330 , with a small daily loss of -4.12% on  spot.
Technical picture:
• Trend: Sideways . RSI (14) = 46.6 Neutral , MACD histogram printing zero - classic momentum inflection point where buyers/sellers are balanced.
• Liquidity walls: Biggest resting orders within 3% are bid wall at $80,900 (493 BTC) and ask wall at $82,750 (449 BTC). So $80.9k is immediate support, $82.7k immediate resistance. 
• Caps: $85K acting as a cap after the two-fund bid failed, with bullish analysts still eyeing Buy with take-profit at $87,300 if $85k breaks. 
My take for today:
Short-term bearish pressure, mid-term neutral. If BTC holds $80,900 it can re-test $84k-$85k. Break below $80,900 risks $79,500. Risk-on sentiment from  / earnings helped yesterday but DeFi weakness is dragging crypto lower today.
