Let’s understand it simply:
🔍 What is BOS?
When the market continues its ongoing trend and breaks a previous High or Low, it is called a Break of Structure (BOS).
📈 Bullish BOS (Uptrend):
When price breaks the previous Higher High (HH) and closes above it, it signals trend continuation.
📉 Bearish BOS (Downtrend):
When price breaks the previous Lower Low (LL) and closes below it, it strengthens the downtrend.
💡 Golden Rule:
Always wait for the candle body to close. Just breaking out with the wick is not a valid BOS—it could also be a Liquidity Sweep!
