📰 WeChat Pay Smart Glasses SDK is officially live.

This time, it’s not about adding features to a single model of smart glasses. Instead, “scan to pay” has been packaged into a standard SDK and opened up to smart glasses manufacturers that meet the integration requirements. Going forward, for products that successfully adapt, users will be able to complete payments directly on their glasses.

🔥 The first product to complete integration is Rokid Leqi AI Glasses. To be honest, once the payment step is taken out of the phone, the use cases for smart glasses aren’t limited to viewing information and taking photos anymore—daily spending is now connected too.

💡 Of course, whether this will truly become mainstream still depends on how many more manufacturers join later, and whether it’s convenient enough in real use. For now, at least we can confirm that WeChat Pay has officially opened up this integration path.
