Spotted CoinDesk: OpenPayd, a London payments infrastructure company, CEO said the merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. is expected to be completed by the end of the year, with plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker OP.
Hard numbers: For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, revenue is about $73 million (about $57 million the prior year); EBITDA is about $13 million. Net loss is about $2.8 million. The company says all of it came from a one-time SPAC transaction fee of about $5.8 million. After the deal closes, the implied equity valuation is up to about $1.1 billion.
Last month, they brought MSB USA into the group, which holds 43 U.S. state-level money transmitter licenses. The goal is to launch for U.S. customers around April 2027, and they want to continue acquiring licenses and technology. On the customer side, they’ve mentioned Kraken, OKX, and B2C2, and they’ve also connected to Circle Payments Network and Fireblocks.
In the stablecoin cross-border payments infrastructure track, here’s yet another player aiming to list on the U.S. stock market.
