Latest developments in the firing of FED Governor Lisa Cook

Ms. Cook's lawsuit claims that President Trump violated federal law when he fired her, and also requests a temporary injunction to prevent the Fed from firing her before the lawsuit is resolved.

The arguments Ms. Cook presents in her lawsuit:
1️⃣ Regarding the mortgage fraud allegations, her lawyer did not deny them but only stated that it was an "unintentional paperwork error" (mistaken signature), not intentional or serious enough to warrant termination.
2️⃣ The firing process was too superficial, not giving her the opportunity for prior notice or to participate in a hearing to ensure fairness.
3️⃣ She is the first woman of color to hold the position of Governor on the Fed Board.

The online hearing at 9 PM tonight (VN time) will decide whether the court will grant a temporary injunction against the firing of Ms. Lisa Cook.

Moreover, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Bill Pulte has also just filed a criminal complaint against Lisa Cook with the Department of Justice.

Specifically, in addition to the controversies related to two homes in Michigan and Georgia previously, Bill Pulte alleges that Ms. Cook also committed mortgage fraud involving a third property in Massachusetts:
