When we analyze BTC in the short term, exponential moving averages can help us observe the direction of the move.
🔹 EMA 7: reacts faster to price. 🔹 EMA 14: shows a slightly more stable short-term trend. 🔹 EMA 28: lets you observe a broader trend.
One signal that many traders watch is the order of the moving averages:
📈 EMA 7 > EMA 14 > EMA 28 → bullish structure. 📉 EMA 7 < EMA 14 < EMA 28 → bearish structure.
But a single EMA alone doesn’t guarantee that the price will go up or down. It’s best to combine it with volume, RSI, MACD, and support/resistance levels.
