As a result of this architecture, the system operates across different blockchain networks.
To operate the system, developers create policies that define the rules. When transactions occur, decentralized operators assess them inside secure hardware environments to create proofs that use cryptography. There are many applications for this technology, like tokens pegged to fiat currencies, assets that represent physical property and payments made between countries. It is also for decentralized finance used by large organizations and for trade conducted by autonomous software programs. And users pay fees for the protocol with the NEWT token.
